The room was reasonably large with a sofa and a lounge area.

This property was clean and decent. Nice building and rooms with convenient decoration. Smooth check in & the service was terrific! Everything great. Marvellous location; very polite and welcoming staff. 10 km from Monterey Peninsula airport.

The room was great-sized and equipped with a fold out couch, a gas fireplace and excellent facilities. Everywhere there was fairly clean. That hotel was in a magnificent and lovely location, in a quaint neighborhood.

It was fairly clean and the staff were helpful, beds were extremely comfy. The location was marvellous and beautiful for walking around a city park. Liked the secure area short walk to conveniences or beach and Monterey and greenery.

Quiet, nice and modest place. Excellent location: not in the middle of crowded area, but still very close (walking distance) to everything you want to experience in Carmel. Very reasonable pricing.

Absence of refrigerator ... Broken thermostat...

Loved the private cottages. Spacious and clean, with a fireplace that we lit every evening. Furniture was comfortable and the bed gave us a refreshing sleep. The grounds were beautiful and well kept.

Great place with free wi-fi, cozy rooms, and great staff who assisted me with transport. I remember Jay's help-he even returned my lost passport. I'm coming back for my next trip!

great parks and art galleries within walking distance

I loved howsuper clean and cozy my cottage was, and the beautiful Devendorf Park is just a few steps away that feel like a mini vacation. Plus, the handy location meant I could easily pop over to the Carmel Art Association Gallery to enjoy some fantastic local artwork.
